1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal betting account registered by the User on the jago35 platform, including all associated login credentials, balance, transaction history, and personal information.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by the User on a gambling or betting event offered through the jago35 platform, including but not limited to sports bets, casino games, live dealer games, and specialty games.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by jago35 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Platform" or "Services" means the jago35 website located at https://jago35.cam, including all web pages, mobile-optimized versions, associated software, games, betting markets, and related services provided by the Company.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) to verify age, identity, and residency.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the theoretical percentage of all wagered amounts that a game will pay back to players over an extended period of gameplay.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn as cash.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use jago35 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, and all deposits will be confiscated.

3. Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where your use of online betting services does not violate local laws. Users accessing jago35 from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
4. Personal Use: You may register only one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Accounts are for personal use only. Commercial or professional gambling activities require prior written approval from jago35 management.
5. Payment Ownership: All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
6. No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously self-excluded from jago35 or had your account terminated for violation of these Terms. You must not be listed on any gambling self-exclusion registers.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. jago35 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create a jago35 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jago35 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity of all Users. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or credit card photo with middle digits obscured). Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal but may be requested at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account details with any third party. You agree to notify jago35 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jago35 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security, except where such access results from a security breach on our systems.

3.4 One Account Per Customer

Each User may maintain only one active jago35 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances. jago35 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprinting, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jago35 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically range from Rp 20,000 to Rp 50,000. Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly or within 5 minutes. You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from payment sources registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits will be rejected and returned, potentially with processing fees deducted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method registered in your name. Minimum withdrawal amounts are typically Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000 depending on the payment method. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification status and betting history. For verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 1-5 minutes for bank transfers and 5-15 minutes for e-wallets. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to additional security reviews.

4.3 Verification Requirements for Withdrawals

Before processing withdrawal requests, jago35 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC), proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, and any other information deemed necessary to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and prevent fraudulent activity. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if requested documentation is not provided or if suspicious activity is detected.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

jago35 maintains strict anti-money laundering controls. All deposits must be wagered at least once (rollover of 1x) before withdrawal is permitted, except in cases where deposits are being returned due to account closure or technical errors. Attempting to use jago35 for money laundering purposes will result in immediate account termination, confiscation of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Betting Rules & Procedures

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are subject to acceptance by jago35. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or technical errors. A bet is not considered valid until confirmed on your account betting history with a unique transaction ID.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or data provider. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are final. In cases of obvious technical errors, incorrect odds, or malfunctions, jago35 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 14 days of the bet being settled.

5.3 Live Betting

Live or in-play betting is subject to a slight delay in odds updates due to streaming latency. Bets placed after an outcome is already determined (due to stream delay) may be voided. jago35 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time due to suspicious betting patterns or technical issues.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

jago35 imposes maximum payout limits on certain bet types. For sports betting, maximum payouts typically range from Rp 100,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 per bet depending on the sport and market. Casino games have maximum win amounts specified in their individual rules. Accumulator or parlay bets may have lower maximum payouts. These limits are subject to change and will be communicated via our website.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at jago35's sole discretion and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per User, household, IP address, and payment method. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly stated in the promotional terms. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 15x wagering requires Rp 7,500,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. 6.3 Bonus Expiry & Forfeiture

Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period (typically 14-30 days from activation). Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited after the expiry date. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus. jago35 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or that the User is engaging in bonus abuse strategies.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Underage Gambling: Providing false information about your age or allowing individuals under 21 to access your account.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identification documents, engaging in chargeback fraud, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Collusion & Cheating: Colluding with other players, using automated betting software (bots), exploiting software vulnerabilities, or engaging in any form of cheating or unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting bonus terms through strategic betting patterns designed to guarantee profit, or any other form of bonus manipulation.
• Money Laundering: Using jago35 to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between jago35 and other bookmakers to guarantee profit with no risk.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing customer service staff, using abusive language, making threats, or engaging in discriminatory behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

jago35 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services. jago35 will not be liable for any losses resulting from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or software malfunctions beyond our reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems
• Losses incurred as a result of your gambling activity - gambling carries inherent financial risk and you are solely responsible for your betting decisions
• Changes to game rules, odds, or betting markets made by third-party game providers
• Legal consequences arising from your use of jago35 in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted

In no event shall jago35's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by jago35

jago35 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice. Common reasons for suspension include suspected fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, violation of these Terms, failure to provide KYC documents, suspicious betting patterns, or inactivity exceeding 12 months. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or make withdrawals pending investigation.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. 9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must immediately cease using jago35 services. Any outstanding bets will be settled according to normal rules. If termination results from your violation of these Terms, jago35 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. If termination occurs for reasons not related to your breach, your account balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of jago35 services, you must first attempt to resolve it through our customer support team. 10.3 Final Decision

jago35's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account disputes, and interpretation of these Terms is final and binding, except where such decision is demonstrably incorrect or in violation of our stated rules.

11. Changes to Terms

jago35 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of jago35 services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using our services and close your account.

Material changes that significantly affect user rights (such as changes to withdrawal limits, wagering requirements, or dispute resolution procedures) will be communicated via email to all active users at least 7 days prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
